MeltBurger Giveaway – Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility:
Open to legal residents of California who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of The Melt, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
2. Promotion Period:
Entries will be accepted through 11:59 AM PT on September 17, 2025. Winners will be selected on September 17, 2025 and notified via email on September 18, 2025 (National Cheeseburger Day).
3. How to Enter:
There are two ways to enter:
a) Sign up for Melt Rewards: Existing Melt Rewards members and customers who sign up for Melt Rewards during the Promotion Period are automatically entered into the giveaway. Existing Melt Rewards members will automatically be entered.
b) Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without joining Melt Rewards [REMOVE making a purchase], send an email with the subject line “Entry” to tellus@themelt.com and include your full name and phone number in the body of the email. All email entries must be received by 11:59 AM PT on September 17, 2025.
Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Duplicate entries will be void.
4. Prizes:
A total of 1,000 winners will each receive one (1) free MeltBurger (approximate retail value: $10.49).
5. Winner Selection and Notification:
Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received by the deadline. Winners will be notified via the contact information provided (email or phone) by September 18, 2025. If a potential winner cannot be reached within 72 hours or fails to comply with these rules, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Publicity:
By accepting a prize, winner agrees to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. Privacy:
Information collected in connection with this giveaway is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy: https://dashboard.thanx.com/privacy/themelt.
8. General Conditions:
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud or technical issues compromise the integrity of the promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
9. Redemption:
Free MeltBurger is valid for 30 days, from Thursday, September 18, 2025 through Friday, October 17, 2025. Valid for redemption, when logged in, on the Melt app and themelt.com, or at the restaurant cashier counter. This reward cannot be redeemed at Kiosk or via any 3rd party sites (e.g. Door Dash, Uber Eats).
