What are your ingredient quality standards?

We carefully evaluate and select each and every menu ingredient at The Melt so you can feel great that every bite is free of artificial preservatives, colors, flavors, sweeteners, and hydrogenated fats. No artificial anything, really. 

What kind of beef are you using?

We serve 100% all-natural Angus & Wagyu beef, which makes for a perfectly juicy and flavorful burger.

Where should I send my dietary and allergen questions?

Do you offer gluten-free bread and buns?

Yes, at no additional cost. You can customize any of our Melted Classics, Chicken Melts, or MeltBurgers with Udi's gluten-free bread or buns.

*Please note our foods are not prepared in a gluten free environment.

Do you have low carb options?

Yes. We offer fresh lettuce wraps for our MeltBurgers and Chicken Melts.

Do you have vegetarian options?

Yes, we offer a variety of grilled cheese Melts that are great options for vegetarians as well as salads, fries, mac 'n' cheese and tomato soup.

How do you prepare your MeltBurgers?

Our MeltBurgers are cooked medium, pink, and juicy unless otherwise requested. Want it well-done? Just ask our crew.

How do I place an online order and pick up at your store?

1. Download The Melt App on iOS or Android.

2. Place an order and select your preferred location.

3. Choose the time you want to pick up and we'll have your order waiting!

How do I find The Melt App?

iPhone users, find us on the App Store. Android users, you can find us in the Google Play store.

How do I get a copy of a receipt for an online order?

You will automatically receive an email order confirmation immediately after you place your order. 


You may also request for a receipt to be emailed by logging in to your Melt app, click "Account" and select the particular order from your Order History.

Can I order online without downloading The Melt App?

Yes. You may place an online order through themelt.com although you'll miss out on the visibility to track all your cool loyalty perks through our desktop site. The bottom of your receipt will be the best place to stay in the loop after you order.

Where can I buy a gift card?

You can purchase a Melt Card at any of The Melt stores.

I received a Melt Card in one of your stores. What do I do with it now?

Download The Melt App and add the card to your account so that you get loyalty credit for your online and in-store purchases. You can also carry it around with you the old fashioned way and scan it in-store with each purchase.

How can I find out how much money is left on my Melt card?
  • Visit any Melt location and one of our Melt cashiers can check your balance.

  • Download The Melt App, enter the Melt Card number and select "Check a Melt Card Balance."

When does the balance on my Melt Card expire?

Don't you worry, there's no expiration date.

What if I lose my Melt Card?

Treat your Melt Card with TLC, it's like cash on a gift card. If you have added the Melt Card to your online account, email us to help you secure your funds. If you have not yet added the card to your online account, it's like losing cash and cannot be retrieved. 

So, if it's "like cash", can I redeem it for cash?

Sorry, redeemable only for all The Melt goodness your heart desires.

How do I join?

Download The Melt App get a digital Melt Card when you create an account on The Melt App. Scan the physical or digital card’s code when ordering in-store to start earning and redeeming rewards. Orders submitted via The Melt App, automatically earn Melt Perks.

How do I redeem my free birthday dessert?

If ordering in-store, just scan your loyalty card and add a dessert to your order. Also, you can place your order through The Melt App and we'll do the rest.

How will I know that I have earned a reward?

We'll send you an email letting you know when your reward is loaded on your Melt Card and ready to redeem. You can also check your rewards status on The Melt App.

Will the Crew tell me if I have a free reward waiting on my Melt Card?

No, unfortunately, the Crew can't tell if you have a reward waiting. Be sure to check for email notifications, or look on The Melt App.

Is there a limit to how many rewards I can have?

There is no limit to the number of rewards you can have at any one time. Rewards stay on your account until you use them or they expire.

Can I use The Melt app to redeem my reward?

Definitely! The Melt App works like your plastic Melt Card. Just scan the Melt Card code on your mobile device. If you have a free reward loaded on your account, it will automatically be applied to your order.

Can I track my progress towards a Perks free melt?

Yes, you can track your progress via The Melt App or on the bottom of your receipt. Once you log into your account you will be able to see how many "punches" you've earned towards your free melt. You will also see all earned rewards on your account. 

Do I need to have my Melt Card with me to redeem my reward when ordering at a Melt location?

Yes. Either your physical card, or the digital card on your Melt App. When ordering in-store, please scan your Melt Card code to redeem earned rewards.

I forgot to present my Melt Card when I ordered today. How can I get loyalty credit for the order?

If you've got your receipt, just enter the perks code printed at the bottom on The Melt App or on our site under "claim your perks". No code on your receipt? Shoot us a note at tellus@themelt.com and we'll add your credit.
