We opened on Bellflower Boulevard in 2026, inside Bixby Village Plaza in East Long Beach—Cal State Long Beach is a quick drive north up Bellflower, and Belmont Shore is a short drive south. CSULB students swing by between classes, beach-bound families pick up grilled cheese before heading to the shore, and locals know they can get a real meal in minutes. Everything—from the cheddar-blanketed MeltBurger to our vine-ripened tomato soup—is made with real ingredients and no artificial stuff at all.
